Hi, I’m distbit. I work on mechanisms and software which employ incentives to elicit useful information and improve decision making. My main interests are prediction markets, futarchy, infofinance, cryptoeconomic security, and AI-assisted epistemic tools.
Current work
I’m building Truesight, a platform where people contribute evidence and arguments to live issue pages, and AI-assisted synthesis and transparent scoring surface overlooked claims and disagreements.
I also research how to elicit useful information, allocate resources, and design decision systems that remain reliable under adversarial incentives. Alongside that work, I build personal epistemic tools, including Infolio, a semantic reading queue and feed-curation system.
Background
At Butter, I have worked on conditional funding markets, which use conditional prediction markets to estimate the effect of funding proposals on a chosen metric. I have also consulted for defi protocols, including Fringe Finance and Increment Finance, on mechanism design and cryptoeconomic security.
